🔄 Returns & Damaged Items

We do not accept returns, except in cases where the product arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund—just send us proof of damage (photos) within 7 days of receiving your order.


📬 Marked as Delivered / Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, jackward is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. If you suspect misdelivery, please file a claim directly with your shipping carrier. At this time, we do not offer reshipments or exchanges for stolen or misdelivered items.
